The specific services included in a client’s engagement will be determined by the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or engaging GoMaxoo for services, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You have authority to enter into an agreement on behalf of the business or organization you represent, where applicable.
- The information you provide to GoMaxoo is accurate and complete.
- You will use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
- You agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable project-specific agreement.
If you engage GoMaxoo on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Before starting a paid project, GoMaxoo may provide a proposal, quotation, statement of work, project brief, invoice, or service agreement describing the services to be provided.

4. Client Responsibilities
GoMaxoo’s ability to deliver services depends on timely cooperation from the client.
You agree to provide information, content, access credentials, approvals, feedback, and other materials reasonably required to perform the services.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- Information supplied to GoMaxoo is accurate and complete.
- You have the legal right to use materials provided to us.
- You have appropriate rights and permissions for images, videos, trademarks, logos, content, customer information, and other materials.
- Required account access is provided in a timely manner.
- Required approvals and feedback are provided within a reasonable period.
- Your products, services, offers, pricing, and business claims are accurate.
- Your business complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable access, or other client dependencies may affect project timelines.
5. Website Design and Development
For website projects, GoMaxoo may provide website design, development, configuration, integrations, content, optimization, testing, and related services.
Unless specifically included in the applicable agreement:
- Domain registration and renewal fees are separate.
- Hosting fees are separate.
- Premium themes, plugins, software licenses, APIs, and third-party services may involve additional costs.
- Third-party software and services are subject to their respective terms and policies.
- Website maintenance after project completion may require a separate agreement.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the website before launch.
After delivery or launch, GoMaxoo is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized modifications made by the client or another third party.
6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
SEO is an ongoing process influenced by search engine algorithms, competitors, website changes, market conditions, technical factors, content quality, and other variables.
GoMaxoo does not guarantee:
- A specific search engine ranking
- A specific position in Google or another search engine
- A specific amount of organic traffic
- A specific number of leads
- A specific number of sales
- A specific conversion rate
- A specific revenue amount
Search engines may change their algorithms, ranking systems, policies, indexing practices, or search features without notice.
SEO strategies may therefore be modified based on performance data, industry changes, search engine updates, and other relevant factors.
7. Paid Advertising
GoMaxoo may create, manage, optimize, and monitor advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and other advertising networks.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertising spend paid to third-party advertising platforms is separate from GoMaxoo’s professional service fees.
GoMaxoo does not guarantee:
- A specific number of impressions
- A specific number of clicks
- A specific cost per click
- A specific number of leads
- A specific conversion rate
- A specific return on advertising spend (ROAS)
- A specific revenue amount
- Approval of advertisements by third-party platforms
Advertising platforms independently control their policies, approval processes, algorithms, pricing, account restrictions, and availability.
Advertisements may be rejected, restricted, suspended, modified, or discontinued by a third-party platform.
GoMaxoo is not responsible for decisions made independently by advertising platforms.
8. Social Media Marketing
Where social media services are provided, GoMaxoo may create, schedule, publish, manage, or optimize content and campaigns according to the agreed scope.
Social media platforms are operated by third parties and may change their:
- Algorithms
- Policies
- Features
- Advertising requirements
- Reach
- Account restrictions
- Content rules
GoMaxoo does not guarantee a specific number of followers, impressions, engagements, leads, sales, or other social media results.
The client remains responsible for ensuring that claims concerning its products or services are accurate and legally compliant.
9. Email Marketing
Where GoMaxoo provides email marketing services, campaigns may be created, managed, scheduled, or optimized according to the agreed scope.
The client is responsible for ensuring that contact information provided to GoMaxoo has been collected and may be used lawfully.
Clients must not provide:
- Purchased email lists
- Scraped email addresses
- Illegally obtained contact information
- Data obtained without appropriate permission
- Lists that violate applicable privacy or anti-spam requirements
GoMaxoo may refuse to send or manage campaigns that we reasonably believe violate applicable law, third-party provider policies, or accepted email marketing practices.
GoMaxoo does not guarantee specific delivery rates, open rates, click rates, inbox placement, leads, conversions, or sales.
10. Content and Copywriting
GoMaxoo may create website content, blog articles, advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, landing page copy, and other marketing materials.
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving final content before publication.
The client is responsible for verifying:
- Business information
- Product and service descriptions
- Pricing
- Promotional offers
- Legal or regulatory claims
- Testimonials
- Statistics
- Guarantees
- Other business-specific claims
GoMaxoo may use research, publicly available information, client-provided information, software, automation, and AI-assisted tools in the creation or development of content.
AI-assisted content may require human review, editing, fact-checking, and client approval before publication.
11. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Tools
GoMaxoo may use third-party software, automation platforms, artificial intelligence tools, APIs, analytics systems, hosting providers, content management systems, advertising platforms, and other technologies when delivering services.
Third-party services may change their:
- Features
- Pricing
- Availability
- Policies
- Technical requirements
- API access
- Data practices
GoMaxoo is not responsible for interruptions, limitations, changes, or failures caused solely by third-party services.
Where client information is processed through a third-party service, such processing may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
12. Account Access and Credentials
Clients may provide GoMaxoo with access to websites, hosting accounts, advertising platforms, social media accounts, analytics systems, email platforms, and other services.
The client authorizes GoMaxoo to access and use these accounts solely for providing the agreed services.
Where possible, clients should use delegated access, user permissions, or other secure access methods instead of sharing personal passwords.
GoMaxoo will take reasonable measures to protect account credentials and information within our control. However, no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The client remains responsible for maintaining ownership and administrative control of its accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of intellectual property it owned before the beginning of the engagement.
This may include:
- Trademarks
- Logos
- Brand assets
- Existing website materials
- Existing content
- Proprietary software
- Templates
- Frameworks
- Internal tools
- Processes
- Methodologies
- Know-how
Unless otherwise specified in writing, ownership of specifically commissioned final deliverables will transfer to the client only after all applicable fees have been paid in full.
GoMaxoo retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, internal processes, methodologies, reusable components, templates, frameworks, software, scripts, tools, and know-how used in creating the deliverables.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
14. Client Materials
The client retains ownership of materials provided to GoMaxoo, including logos, photographs, videos, written content, trademarks, brand assets, data, and other materials.
By providing such materials, the client grants GoMaxoo permission to use, reproduce, modify, and publish them as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.
The client represents that it has the necessary rights and permissions to provide these materials and authorize their use.
15. Portfolio and Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GoMaxoo may identify a client as a customer and display publicly available completed work in our portfolio, website, case studies, presentations, or marketing materials.
This may include screenshots, website designs, project descriptions, logos, or other publicly available elements of completed work.
If a client requires confidentiality or does not want its work used for promotional purposes, the client should notify GoMaxoo in writing.
16. Fees and Payments
Fees are determined by the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, subscription, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Applicable taxes may be charged separately.
- Third-party costs may be billed separately.
- Advertising budgets are separate from professional service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
- Services may be paused if required payments become overdue.
GoMaxoo reserves the right to suspend work or services for overdue accounts.
Any cancellation or refund matters are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
17. Revisions and Approvals
The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the applicable proposal or agreement.
A request that materially changes the approved scope, design direction, functionality, content, strategy, or project requirements may be considered additional work.
Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within a reasonable period.
Delays in approvals may result in corresponding changes to project timelines.
18. Confidentiality
During an engagement, GoMaxoo may receive confidential business information from a client.
GoMaxoo will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information and will not knowingly disclose it to unauthorized parties except where:
- Disclosure is necessary to provide the agreed services.
- Disclosure is required by law or legal process.
- Disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights, security, or safety.
- The information has become publicly available through no fault of GoMaxoo.
- The client has authorized disclosure.
Clients should avoid providing unnecessary highly sensitive information.
19. Privacy
GoMaxoo may collect and process personal information in connection with website visitors, inquiries, clients, project administration, analytics, and service delivery.
The collection and use of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that personal information provided to GoMaxoo may legally be processed for the requested purpose.
Where applicable, additional data-processing terms may be agreed in writing.

GoMaxoo may work with or integrate third-party services, including but not limited to:

- Google Analytics

Clients may be required to accept third-party terms separately.
21. Prohibited Activities

- Continuing the engagement creates unreasonable legal, security, or reputational risk.
- The client provides information or materials that cannot lawfully be used.
- A third-party platform prevents the services from being performed.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for services already performed or third-party expenses already incurred.
Cancellation and refund matters are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
28. Force Majeure
GoMaxoo will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters
- Internet or infrastructure outages
- Power failures
- Cybersecurity incidents
- Government actions
- War or civil unrest
- Pandemics
- Labor disputes
- Major technology failures
- Hosting failures
- Third-party platform outages

Subject to any mandatory legal requirements or dispute-resolution provisions contained in a project-specific agreement, disputes arising from these Terms or services provided by GoMaxoo shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
32. Waiver
A failure or delay by GoMaxoo in enforcing any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice, service agreement, Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, or other written agreement, constitute the agreement between GoMaxoo and the client regarding the applicable services.
